Nima focuses his practice areas in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Will Probates, and Civil Litigation. He served as a law clerk in the Bergen County Courthouse Criminal Division for the Honorable Patrick J. Roma, J.S.C. for the 2012-2013 judicial term and worked as a litigator for creditors’ claims before changing to consumer rights litigation and estate planning.
Nima graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law then pursued an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. The program is ranked #1 in the United States. He uses the knowledge learned from this program to help his clients best navigate legal processes, and diffuse and alleviate what can be stressful and confusing matters in the context of litigation as well as estate planning.
In Nima’s free time, he is learning Pickleball and spends time with his two Great Dane mixes Xena and Harley who are both AKC Canine Good Citizens.
Nima has been named to the Super Lawyers, Rising Stars list from 2017 – 2022, and was named to the Super Lawyers list for 2023.
